Often loving pet owners are forced to surrender their pets to shelters simply because they lack the resources to feed them. Mojave Pet Food Bank’s goals are simple; to ensure that pets are never abandoned simply due to financial restraints and that all pets in the high desert have an adequate supply of food.

Mojave Animal Protection holds frequent pet food drives in California’s High Desert. The food collected is distributed to individual pet owners (we deliver food to individuals who are elderly or disabled) and to community organizations including the pet food bank at Joshua Tree – Food Not Bombs.

You can donate pet food by contacting us by email (address below) or by dropping off unopened cans, bags and/or boxes of food at one of our scheduled collection events.
